Tuks showed great quality and team ethic as they outperformed the University of Johannesburg (UJ) on their home ground. The side from Pretoria went home with a 3–0 victory, sealing their first victory of the season.

The Carlton Cup semi-finals took place at Loftus Versfeld Stadium this past weekend. The tournament reached its climax as Tuks supporters flocked to support the five Tuks teams that were competing.
