Your mental health is our top priority. At SCU, we’re here for you with a friendly, supportive team of psychologists, counsellors, and interns ready to listen and help. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by classes, dealing with personal challenges, or just need someone to talk to, we offer free and confidential sessions, both in-person and online.
We’ve got plenty of resources too—think podcasts, workshops, and peer support groups—all designed to help you handle the ups and downs of student life. At SCU, you’re never alone. We’re here to help you find your way with confidence and resilience.
How We Can Support You at the SCU
We’re here to help you navigate university life and take care of your mental health.
Here’s what we offer:
Counselling Services: Need to talk? Our team of psychologists and counsellors provides individual support for personal, academic, or social challenges. Book a full session or opt for a quick consultation with our registered counsellors.
Support Across Campuses: We’re available on all UP campuses. Visit our website to find the closest psychologist to you.
Career Guidance: Confused about your career path? We offer career counselling and assessments to help you figure it out.
Disability Assessments: Working with ADIS, we offer assessments for students needing academic accommodations.
Workshops & Skills Sessions: Join our group workshops and courses to build resilience and learn valuable life skills.
Peer Support: We’ve teamed up with SADAG to bring you online and in-residence peer support groups where you can connect and share.

You will receive a short Google form to fill out with basic information required.
As soon as you have submitted the form, one of our team members will get back to you to help figure out the best service for your needs.
