The Re-election of President/Vice-President will be conducted anew

Posted on October 15, 2015

The IMB ruled that the 2015 SRC elections were substantially free and fair; however the elections for the portfolios of President and Vice-President must be held anew as soon as possible after the October recess and before the close of lectures for the second semester.

This is because there were contestations about the eligibility of some of the presidential candidates.  This re-election is open to ALL students who meet the eligibility criteria as stated below. We encourage all students to participate and cast their vote so that the SRC team is complete for 2016.

The planned date for the re-election is 28 October 2015

For this portfolio all candidates will be running for the position of President. The candidate who receives the most votes will win the position of President. The candidate who receives the second highest votes will win the position of Vice President.
