Burnout associated with the workplace is a common phenomenon. It can have a profound impact on the individual, on the work team and on the organisation as a whole.
Join us at [email protected] for a four-hour morning workshop on developing greater awareness of this debilitating condition. In the workshop we shall shed some light on the causes, phases, presentation and impact of burnout. We shall also discuss strategies to prevent and manage, and recover from, burnout. This should equip you to deal with burnout more effectively — perhaps in your own life, or by assisting individuals working with or for you.
