The workshop aims to help participants obtain a better understanding of what work-life-balance is, the definition, as well as what it is not. It will provide psycho-education on how imbalance impact on mental and physical health and provide some practical ideas of how to bring more balance to life. Issues such as time management, responsibility, productivity, boundary setting as well as how to deal with distractions, will be addressed.
Come and join us for a four-hour morning workshop at EAP@UP to find out more about how balance can be achieved and how this can positively impact your life.
