From 7 – 11 February 2011, The ICLA in collaboration with the Aerospace Industry  Support Initiative of the South African Department of Trade and Industry hosted a seminar on international air, space and telecommunications law. The seminar, directed at the members of the civil service and industry, was directed by Prof. Stephan Hobe, Director of the Institute of Air and Space Law of the University of Cologne.
