First, we would like to thank all of you who turned out for the first forum on Strategic Impact Litigation chaired by former Chief Justice Arthur Chaskalson.  The 110 people who attended and engaged the panel at the Constitutional Court Auditorium spoke both to the quality of the panel and the widespread interest in the subject.


Second, SAIFAC and the Centre for Human Rights are delighted to invite you to the second seminar on public interest litigation in this series.  This second seminar will examine two incredibly successful lines of strategic impact litigation in South Africa:
  1. Children’s rights and
  2. LGBT people’s rights.
