| Module content | Students are introduced to design aspects in the built environment by doing basic technical drawings of simple building structures with appropriate detail sketches. Assignments during the semester expose the students to building plan interpretation through the following topics: foundations; super-structure; roof structure; window and door types; plan and sectional drawings and local authority submission criteria. |
