Admission Requirements

  1. Relevant honours (or equivalent) degree or relevant four-year bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree with at least two years’ applicable practical work experience, or relevant bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree with at least five years’ applicable practical work experience

Selection Process

The candidates who meet the admission requirements and with the highest merit point score calculated as follows, will be admitted:

  1. Academic merit (20%)
  2. National/International need for public health (20%)
  3. Under-represented groups in public health (20%)
  4. Public health related employment (20%)
  5. Track record – e.g. employment, academic, community building, etc.(20%)

Minimum duration of study

2 years, full-time
