General Agreement(s)

Further to a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") entered into by University of Leeds and University of Pretoria in April 2021, the parties to this agreement wish to extend their collaboration in research and education and to formalise a joint strategic partnership.

Activities will be jointly undertaken in a spirit of academic co-operation and friendship, underpinned by a shared ambition to demonstrate how universities can work together to tackle inequalities, benefit society, and drive change. This agreement sets out joint goals and priorities and represents a commitment from both parties to fostering an enduring strategic partnership, based on a shared mission to help shape a better future for humanity.
