Extra-time venues – see table below. If an overflow occurs, invigilators will guide you to the nearest available room. (Departmental arrangements remain unchanged.)

Arrival times & attendance
- Sit-down examinations: Arrive 30 minutes early.
- Online examinations: Log in 10 minutes early.
- Late arrivals
- Less than 30 minutes: You may write, but no extra time.
- More than 30 minutes: You may not write.
- Attendance marked via scanning at venue
What to bring
- Bring your student card - no card, no entry.
- Stationery in transparent bags.
- Electronics (cell phones, electronics, and smart wearables) – switched off and placed under desk.
- No back check-in – keep bags under your desk.
- ️ The University is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Campus & Transport
- Student card for access
- Updated bus schedules on ClickUP.
- Buses operate between:
- Hatfield, Groenkloof, and Prinshof
- Sunnyside/Arcadia, - Hatfield (transfer for Groenkloof)
Loadshedding & power interruptions
- Sit-down examinations: Follow invigilator instructions.
- Online examinations: Get affidavit and proof from Eskom/municipality. Submit to your faculty.
