This concert marks the premiere of the orchestral version of Coenie de Villiers’ much-acclaimed Karoo Suite, and a performance of Karoo Suite songs performed live by Coenie himself, alongside Grammy Award-winning guitarist Mauritz Lotz, who also orchestrated the orchestral work. Together, they bring the Karoo's vast landscapes, haunting beauty, and elemental essence to vivid life.
