2025 Performance Agreements are due on 31 March

This notice serves as a reminder of some of the important steps recommended for finalising the 2025 performance agreements.

 

Performance contracting at the start of each year offers an opportunity to:

  • Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound) goals;
  • Align personal goals with UP 2025 strategic objectives;
  • Discuss expectations around work output, support, tools, and resources; and
  • Address career goals and development plans.

The performance agreements for 2025 should be finalised on PeopleSoft by 31 March 2025.
