The TuksRace is back and set to breathe life into the streets of Pretoria! Dust off your running shoes, stretch and bring the entire family to run on Saturday, 17 February 2024, at the University of Pretoria’s Hillcrest Sports Campus in Hatfield.

Running enthusiasts of all experience levels are welcome to join this fun-filled family event to kick-start the year. Runners of all fitness levels are invited to enter the 21.1km half-marathon, the 10km or 5km races, or a colourful 1km fun run / walk. Known for its flat, fast and manageable route, the TuksRace presents an excellent opportunity for the running enthusiast to run a personal best.  

Trusted partner Bestmed Medical Scheme joins us again in this year’s instalment to deliver an inclusive race for the running community.

Some race proceeds will go towards supporting students. This will be in the form of two bursaries to the value of R5 000 each.

Online entries

You may enter for the distance of your choice online at www.entryninja.com. Online entries are open until 00:00 (midnight) on Saturday, 10 February 2024.

Online entries can be collected at the High Performance Centre (HPC), at Burnett Street entrance to the UP Sports Campus, on 15 and 16 February 2024 (Thursday and Friday) from 17:00 to 19:00, and from 04:30 to 05:50 on race day.

Prizes

The winners of each distance and age category will receive a cash prize, paid directly into their bank accounts for ensured safety.
