The A.G.A aims to counteract the effects of systematic self-sabotage and restore the pride of Africans in their heritage. By recognizing and celebrating outstanding achievements, the awards serve as a powerful motivation for all Africans to strive for excellence. Additionally, they specifically target African children and youth, inspiring them to believe in a globally competitive Africa and take on an active role in shaping its future.
