You are cordially invited to participate in the academic procession during the Autumn Graduation Ceremonies to be held from 19 April to 16 May 2023 at the Hillcrest Campus.

Please complete the online form by following the steps below:

• From the UP website, 
  •  Logon to the UP Portal 

•  Select the Peoplesoft HCM & Self-Service tile 
•  Click on the My Tasks tile 
•  Click on the Graduation Procession Invite link on the left side of the page 
•  Click on Show All Graduation Sessions and select your specific faculty session. 
•  In order to confirm your attendance, complete the form and 
•  click on the submit button at the bottom of the screen.

• You will receive an email confirming your registration for participation in the specific academic procession, as well as a parking ticket. If the parking ticket is not attached, please contact your Faculty Administration.

Please note: Your attendance must be confirmed by 18 April 2023 in order to finalise arrangements for the composition of the academic procession.
