Dear colleagues,
As the university prepares to close for the holiday season, some of us forget to activate our ‘Out of Office’ automatic replies to ensure business continuity in our absence. Please activate yours with full details of where our colleagues and stakeholders can get assistance from by following the example below:

I am out of the office from 15 December 2022 to 9 January 2023.
For urgent requests please contact XXX via email [email protected] or telephonically on 012420XXXX.

The out of office settings can be found in your Google UP account under Settings>General>scroll down to the bottom of the page and select start and end dates. Thereafter, update the information as shown in the example above.
