Illustrated by John Leech, this book was first published in 1843 and Special Collection’s copy was published in 1845. Everyone is familiar with the story of Ebenezer Scrooge and how visits from the ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present and Christmas Future, make him see the error of his ways and transform him into a kinder man.
