The newly approved Access Control Policy Rt205/22, available on the policy page of the intranet, includes the guidelines and rules applicable to users of the Visitor Management System (VMS) Rt27/22. Due to the amended requirements of users of the VMS, all existing system users will be deactivated.
Faculties and Departments are welcome to nominate VMS system users under the new policy guidelines by completing the attached application form and submitting it to [email protected] for approval by Security Services.
Please note that pin codes should be issued to external persons visiting the campus, not students or personnel. Any person visiting the campus for five days or longer must be issued a UP access card by applying on the Permission Manager system.
Visitors travelling by vehicle will be received at any of the motor entrances. Pedestrians will be assisted at the visitor reception desks at Prospect or Roper Street entrances.
