BUILDING: Law Building
PROJECT: Building Refurbishment – North Eastern wing near the Main entrance Phase 4.1, Level 1 to Level 4
We are pleased to inform you that we have concluded all the necessary planning and procurement processes that are associated with the proposed remedial action for waterproofing problems at the Law Building, Hatfield. This is Phase 4.1 of the 5 Phases, Phase 1, 2 and 3 have been completed
The scope of work includes the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the following:
Construction Period
Planned start date: 4th July 2022
Planned Practical Completion date: 30 September 2022
We apologize for any inconveniences which will be caused. A portion of the following Departments and spaces won’t be available, i.e Procedural Law, Public Law, The Moot Court, 1-48, seminar room 2-9, 2-42, a portion of the Tutorial spaces at the Jurisprudence Department and Student Advisory and HR Business Center. Alternative operation spaces will be provided by the affected Departments.
