Dust off your winter wardrobe and prepare for the cold! While you are at it, get rid of all those much loved, clean and ready to wear items that you have not worn for years and donate them to the thrifted winter clothes drive :-)

FLY@UP has teamed-up with the Department for Student Affairs (DSA) and the University Social Responsibility campaign, to bring the first ever Thrift Token Shop where all UP students can thrift shop donated winter clothing using a free of charge token system.

For this first round we will be piloting on the Hatfield Campus but if other campuses would like to donate, we would happily receive the donations!

Let’s take action towards responsible living by donating clean, ready to wear, pre-loved winter clothes in donation containers placed at the following locations on Hatfield Campus:

• Lynnwood road pedestrian entrance
• Lunnon road pedestrian entrance
• Prospect pedestrian entrance x2
• Duxbury pedestrian entrance
• DSA building
• In restaurant (Artisan and IT Level 3)
• In the UP Shop
• In the Library

Alternatively, you can gather your clothing donations in your office block and then email [email protected] to come and collect them on or before 18 May 2022!

Our big activation to thrift the clothes that we have collected will be held on the 19 May 2022 at the Piazza, Hatfield Campus.
