Sale of redundant furniture and equipment

Dear staff and students,

Please note that redundant furniture, vehicles and equipment are available for sale at the Redundant Asset Store on 14 April 2022. Viewing will take place on 12 to 14 April and staff and students are required to make an appointment before visiting the store by emailing [email protected]. This is required to limit the amount of staff and students visiting the store at the same time.

All items will be sold “voetstoots” by closed tender. Only staff and students with valid personnel or student cards will be allowed to enter the premises and tender. No cash sales will be made. Tender lists and forms will be available at the Redundant Asset Store and must be completed and submitted on the day of appointment.

Tender forms must be placed in the tender box and will be opened on 19 April 2022. The successful tenderers will be notified via email or telephone, whereafter payments must be made at the cashiers into cost centre K07421, account 32613. Successful tenderers must collect their goods thereafter on appointment before 29 April 2022.
