In future UP will require that all UP users - whose passwords are shorter than 14 characters - change their Portal password at least every 120 days.  
 
This change in UP's password policy will take effect from Wednesday 29th December 2021.
 
When you either:
 
- Elect to change your UP Portal password (e.g. before 120 days), or 
 
- Are obliged by this new policy to change your UP Portal password (if older than 120 days), 
 
Please note that your new password will then be required to access the UP WiFi and other UP systems like ClickUP and your Corporate G-Mail Account.
