Dear Colleagues,

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of one of our colleagues, Ms Cynthia Mawila passed away on the 2021-07-01. Ms Mawila was a Security Officer in the Department of Security Services since 01 May 2016.  

Ms Mawila worked for Fidelity Security Services at the University of Pretoria from 19 April 2008 until 30 April 2016 whereby he was transferred to University of Pretoria from 01 May 2016 until he passed away on the 01 July 2021.

Ms Mawila is survived by her mother, three siblings, son, and daughter.

Our deepest sympathy goes to his family, colleagues, and friends.

A memorial service will be held for Ms Mawila on Wednesday 2021-07-07 at 10223 Petanenge Village, Tzaneen, Limpopo Province.  The full service starts at 06:00 and then the cortège will proceed to the Cemetery at 07:30.
