Our reputation is our biggest asset and we need to ensure that everything we do is of a high standard. As such the Department of Institutional Advancement (DIA) is hosting an online workshop on Friday, 28 May 2021 from 11am to 13pm on communication etiquette to help us improve our email communication especially when engaging with our internal and external stakeholders.
