The Special Collections Book of the Week this week is:

Izinyanga zokubula, or, Divination as existing among the Amazulu in their own words by Henry Callaway.

Henry Callaway (1817 - 1890) was an English missionary. He settled on the banks of the Nsunguze River and it was here that he began his study of the Zulu people, their religious beliefs and other customs, and obtained the information that enabled him to write his books.

This book is a re-issue of the 1870 edition with addition of an index; originally issued in four parts, 1868-1870, with last part incomplete.
