Water supply interruption

Please take note of a planned bulk infrastructure interruption of the water supply to the entire Groenkloof Campus.
The reason for the interruption is due to the leak on the fire line which requires immediate attention and to flush the fire water system off debris/blockages.
The specific date and time when the buildings will be affected, are stated above.
Please fill all available containers with water before the interruption to supplement drinking and washing water and use water sparingly in buildings equipped with reservoir tanks.
Please do not leave taps turned on during the interruption as this may result in serious flooding and damage once the main water supply has been restored.
