As the country finds itself in the grip of an international and unprecedented health emergency with the outbreak of COVID-19, the higher education sector has had to close physical doors to staff and students, and open online ones. Fortunately for the University of Pretoria, we’ve been leaders in online education for over 20 years now, so our infrastructure, support and culture was in place to allow us to quickly move our high-quality classes to digital classrooms.
