What is LinkedIn Learning?

LinkedIn Learning is a learning solution that delivers a unique mix of world-class content: 9 000+ digital courses taught by industry experts; relevant course recommendations to each of your employees, based on unique data from; convenience – in-depth and bite-sized courses that can be viewed anytime, on any device, online or off.

Why do you believe that LinkedIn Learning is the most effective learning tool as compared to others?

It makes learning possible from any desktop or mobile device. It offers bite-size tutorials for just-in-time learning, while exercise files can be downloaded for offline learning. After completion, certificates can be added to a LinkedIn profile.

Could you describe your experience regarding the use of LinkedIn Learning?

The exciting part is the fact that the personalised course recommendations are based on unique insights from the individual’s LinkedIn profile, experience and goals. Furthermore, it is convenient because one can learn anywhere at his/her pace without disturbance.

What do you want to achieve as a result of LinkedIn implementation? 

The implementation of LinkedIn Learning is still in its infancy, but the intention is to use it as a vehicle to promote just-in-time learning and enable organisational learning.  

How can this platform be used to drive team performance through learning?

Key employees within departments and faculties can be granted limited access as Sub-Administrators to manage their team engagement on the LinkedIn Platform. This would enable them to add and manage users, curate and recommend content and view analytics.

Does UP recognise LinkedIn Learning certificates?

The certificates enjoy the same recognition as the in-house training certificates from Enterprises at UP.

Use your current UP portal username and password to login

Access the clickUP homepage in the clickUP portlet. You will have to add the clickUP portlet if it is not available.

Select the My Course portlet and scroll to: Courses where you are: Student section.

Select the My Course portlet and scroll to: Courses where you are: Student section.
