In October 2018, a Cost Centre Transactional report was developed in PeopleSoft. This report provides the available balance and detail of transactions for a specified cost centre in an easy to read “credit card statement” style format, with no further drill down required.
Due to the reporting of budget figures on a financial year basis, it was not possible to run this report for specific periods, or periods that overlapped years. Consequently, a second Cost Centre Transactional report has been developed that allows users to view detailed transactions for specified cost centres spanning over multiple periods.
This report does not provide the available budget and should only be used to view detail of transactions. Furthermore, due to limitations on the report, we recommend that it is only used for periods less than 24 months.
