McGraw-Hill this week announced its expanded support for university students in South Africa through a new collaboration with the University of Pretoria’s Department of Business Management, making high-quality digital learning resources available to thousands of students.

Together, the University of Pretoria’s Department of Business Management and McGraw-Hill are working to create a blend of local South African and McGraw-Hill content to be delivered through the McGraw-Hill Connectâ digital learning platform. The first courses, collectively named ‘Advanced Business Management’, launched in January 2019, reaching 5 000 learners in its first month of use. Instructors are supported through professional development and curriculum alignment expertise provided by McGraw-Hill.

Connect is a digital teaching and learning platform solution that provides course management and student performance analytics for educators. For students, Connect offers adaptive reading experiences through McGraw-Hill’s powerful Smartbook app. To learn more about Connect visit
