Members of the Council, Deans, Chairpersons of Schools, heads of department, emeriti and honorary professors, directors, lecturers and other guests.
You are cordially invited to participate in the academic procession during the Autumn Graduation Ceremonies which are to be held from 2 April to 30 April 2019 at the Hillcrest Campus.
Please complete the applicable form online by following the steps below:
From the UP website, log on to the UP Portal and select Staff System Portlets. Then select Human Resources Self Service, click on 'Classic Home' and then click on ‘Graduation Procession Invite’ on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on ‘Show All Graduation Sessions’ and select your specific faculty session. In order to confirm your attendance, complete the form and then click on ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the screen.
You will receive an email confirming your registration for participation in the specific academic procession and a parking ticket will be attached. Should the parking ticket not be attached, please contact your Faculty Administration.

Please note: Your attendance must be confirmed by 29 March 2019 in order for the necessary arrangements to be made regarding the composition of the academic procession.
