Life Skills are skills necessary for successful living and learning. They help us to cope with life, and interact meaningfully and effectively with the environment and other people. We all need life skills to help us navigate challenges of life and empower us.
Join us at EWP@UP for a four-hour morning workshop to learn more about creating a healthy balance between work and personal life and coping with associated demands and pressures. The workshop will highlight aspects that influence work and performance and provide employees with techniques to promote their wellbeing and growth. You are invited to learn and share ways of dealing with life’s challenges.
This workshop is intended for employees on job levels 12‒17 and their registration will have preference.
