August 2017 is Library Quality Survey Month for the University of Pretoria's Department of Library Services. We ask academic staff and students to complete a 5 - 10-minute online survey any time between 1 and 31 August 2017. This international survey, conducted by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL), measures your perceptions of the quality of the services rendered by Library Services. By taking the survey, you ensure that your opinion plays a role in shaping our future library services, and, therefore, we encourage you to participate.
