We often underestimate how our bodies react to lifestyle choices we make. Too many times a busy work life becomes our primary focus and the main goal of our efforts. As a result, our body's natural signals are dulled, muted and bottled up.
The purpose of this workshop is to educate staff on the interplay between the mind and body. Our physical health, emotional balance and productivity are all influenced by aspects such as the readiness of the central nervous system, the functioning of and tension in the cardiovascular system and optimal energy and nutrient supply of the gastrointestinal system.
Join us for a four-hour morning workshop at EWP@UP where we will explore essential habits for healthier living in a changing environment, change readiness, and the importance of a wellness culture in the workplace. The workshop aims at providing wellness solutions for both individuals and teams in the workplace. This workshop is intended for employees working at the Hatfield Campus and their registration will have preference.
