The abovementioned persons are cordially invited to participate in the academic procession of the Autumn Graduation Ceremonies to be held from 30 March 2017 to 10 May 2017 in the Rembrandt Hall at the UP Sports Campus.

To complete your form online, please follow the following steps:

• UP website (Windows Explorer, key in your personnel number and password).
• Click on the link 'Self-help service for Personnel' (leave, claims, personal information, etc). 
• Use your personnel number and password to log into the UP portal. 
• You are now on the UP Self-help service screen. 
• Click on 'Employees work centre'. 
• Click on the link 'Graduation Procession Invite' on the left-hand side of the screen. 
• If the screen shows a message indicating that there are no graduation ceremonies for your faculty, please click on the 'View all' button to see the graduation invitation. 
• You will see only the procession form for your own faculty. Click on the block to confirm your attendance and fill in the details as requested. 
• Complete the rest of the form and click on 'Submit' at the bottom of the screen. 
• You will receive an email to confirm that you have been registered for participation in the procession. A parking ticket will be attached to this electronic email. If you do not receive the Electronic parking ticket, please contact your Faculty Administration for assistance.
