Access Control for 2017

Important information: Keep your 2016 student card safe!

 

All returning students who will be registering in 2017 must keep their 2016 student cards in a safe place during the recess period.

All 2016 student cards will be deactivated on 10 December 2016 and will be reactivated again once students have re-registered in 2017.  

The 2016 student cards will be used to allow access to the UP campus during the first three to four months of 2017. Thereafter, new student smart cards will be issued to all registered students. Further information regarding the new student cards will be communicated closer to the time.

Postgraduate students and postdoctoral fellows who need to have access to the UP Campus during the recess period for research purposes will be able to make special arrangements through their Heads of Department.  These students must apply through their Heads of Department, who will send the lists to the Dean.

These applications must be submitted to Heads of Departments by 1 December.
