The UP Corporate Wellness Programme, presented in partnership with Bestmed Medical Scheme, has been continuing its annual screenings. 

The purpose of these screenings is the early detection of health risks. To date we have conducted hearing and PSA screening and testing during 2016. Please note that only Bestmed members qualify for free screenings.

The third Health and Wellness screening will focus on vision and comprise a basic eye test. Anyone requiring a comprehensive eye test will be referred to an optometrist who can provide an exact prescription for spectacles or contact lenses, if required. Spectacles and contact lenses will be paid for by the member’s available optometry benefit.

Venue:  EWP@UP, Entrance 9, corner of Roper and Prospect Streets, Hatfield Campus (opposite the Mirage aircraft)
