Transformation Talk: 'Transforming institutional culture'

Institutional culture is a difficult concept to define. And yet, all institutions have cultures that are ostensibly meant to benefit both the institutions and the people within them, but often fail to do so. This talk will explore what it would mean to transform the culture of an institution to serve all its people.
