The abovementioned persons are cordially invited to participate in the academic procession of the Spring Graduation Ceremonies to be held from 31 August to 2 September 2016 in the Rembrandt Hall, LC de Villiers Sport Grounds.

To complete your form online, please follow the following steps:

• UP Website (Windows Explorer, key in your personnel number and password). 
• Click on Self-help service for Personnel (Leave, claims, personal information etc) link. 
• Log in at UP portal with your personnel number and password. 
• You are now on the UP Self-help service screen. 
• Click on Employees work centre. 
• On the left-hand side of the screen, you will find the Graduation Procession Invite - click on this link. 
• If the screen shows a message that there are no graduation ceremonies for your faculty, please click on the 'VIEW ALL' button – you will then be able to see the graduation invite.
• You will only see the procession form of your own faculty, click on the block to confirm and fill in the details as requested. 
• Complete the rest of the form and at the bottom of the screen, click submit. Your application was submitted successfully.
• You will receive a confirmation email that you are registered for the procession. A Parking ticket will be attached in this electronic email. If you did not receive an electronic parking ticket, please contact your Faculty Administration who will be able to assist you.
