There will be intermittent interruptions to the delivery of Library Services due to power interruptions and the unavailability of internet and Wi-Fi services. The affected libraries will be closed during the power interruptions.

1. Merensky 1 and Merensky 2 Libraries: Tuesday, 5 July from 07:00 to 11:00
2. Law Building (Law Library): Tuesday, 12 July from 07:00 to 11:00
3. Arnold Teiler Building (VET Library): Friday, 15 July from 12:00 to 16:00
4. Health Sciences Building: Friday, 15 July from 11:00 to 13:30

The Department of Information Technology Services will also close the ITD data centre from 8 to 11 July. The implication is that during this period Internet and Wi-Fi services will be unavailable - all libraries will however remain open during this period. The following systems will be affected:

• WorldShare
• UP Portal
• ClickUP
• TuksPrint and
• PeopleSoft
