Students pay R185.00 per day during the holidays and must move over to Klaradyn or Nerina on 2 July between 09:00 and 12:00. These students are to move back to their own residences on Sunday 17 July 2016 between 08:00 and 16:00.

Application forms will be available and must be completed at the Student Service Centre (SSC) by no later than 17 June 2016. As places are very limited, approval will strictly be granted on academic grounds and to international students. Only current residing students may apply for holiday accommodation.

Enquiries in this regard may be made at: Student Service Centre or tel: +27 (0)12 420 5103 or email: [email protected]. If a student cannot complete a form at the Student Service Centre, an email in this regard, stating the student number and required dates for accommodation, may be sent to [email protected]

Students who have not acquired residence placement for 2016 will unfortunately not be accommodated in a residence for the Winter School period and will have to find alternative accommodation.
