EAP@UP Workshop : Effective workplace relations

Posted on May 16, 2016

Join us for a four-hour morning workshop at EAP@UP to find out more about how positive relationships at work contribute to a productive work environment, how to build effective workplace relationships, and how to improve less effective relationships with colleagues.

This workshop aims to equip UP employees at all levels to conduct their functions effectively and with confidence. Participants are guided towards discovering their own skills and competencies, and how to apply these in the interpersonal work context. This learning opportunity will not only enhance performance in the workplace but also enable personal growth.
