The aim of this workshop is to help participants to gain an understanding of how habits are formed and why we often become 'stuck' in certain ways of doing things. We shall also explore ways in which healthier and more effective habits can be developed and address the common mistakes that people make when starting the change process.
Come and join us for a four-hour morning workshop at EAP@UP to find out more about how habits are formed and how we can establish habits from which we can benefit.
