We often wonder what life is about, especially when everything around us seems to be falling apart. We ask ourselves, ‘What am I living for? What is the purpose of carrying on when nothing seems to work out?’ This workshop aims to challenge participants to reflect on what they are living for, and whether they have a sense of purpose and meaning. Participants will also be encouraged to formulate a purpose statement of their own, unique design so that their lives can once again have meaning.
Join us at EAP@UP for a four-hour morning workshop to empower you to find a bit of calm in the chaos of everyday life.
