E-mail is one of our most important communication tools at UP. Through e-mail messages to colleagues at UP and at other universities, students, vendors, and so forth, we convey information, as well as an image of ourselves and our University. Therefore it is important to apply certain principles to ensure that our e-mail communication will always be professional and efficient.
