'Koop-en-loop' sale

Please be informed of the sale of redundant furniture, equipment and vehicles to be held at the Sinkstoor on the LC de Villiers Sports Grounds on 6 November 2015 from 09:00 to 12:00.

All items will be sold ‘voetstoots’ by closed tender. Only staff and students may tender. No cash sales will be made. Tender lists and forms will be available at the Sinkstoor.

Tenders can be submitted at the Sinkstoor from 09:00 to 12:00. Tender forms must be placed in the tender boxes and will be opened on 9 November 2015.

The successful tenderers will be notified via email, where after payments should be made at the cashiers into cost centre K07421 03538. The successful tenderer must provide his/her initials, surname and tender confirmation number (that will be received via email) as reference. The cashier must be requested to provide two receipts.

Successful tenderers must collect their goods at the Sinkstoor on 12 and 13 November 2015 between 08:30 and 15:00. The aforementioned email, receipt and personnel card/student card/identity document must be presented when goods are collected.
