Please take note of the planned maintenance on the access control system across all campuses.
The planned maintenance will upgrade the software to improve data integrity and the robustness of the system ahead of the upcoming first-year registrations. Possible interruptions to the software will occur, but no changes will be made to the physical system. The physical access controls on the doors and gates have a memory and should continue to function.
The changes will be implemented and tested during Thursday night. In the case of any major issues, there is a planned roll-back process.
The system will be monitored after implementation and the software engineers will be on site to handle any issues.
