Jerzy Koch, a Polish academic launched his new book, A History of South African Literature in September in Stellenbosch.
His book which was first launched in 2005 in Polish, won the minister's prize. The book was translated to English by Dominkika Ferens and is part of the Talatala Series of the Department of Afrikaans at the University of Pretoria.
