You are hereby cordially invited to attend the “3D imaging in a South African context workshop” from 12 to 15 October 2015.
The workshop has been made possible by a generous grant from the European Union by means of Erasmus Mundus mobility grants: AESOP and AESOP plus.
Registration fees amount to R100/day for each of the 4 days. Included in this fee are meals, transport and entrance fees. Closing date for all registrations is 11 September.
Although each day has the potential to interest various individuals, a few are highlighted below:
Day 1: Palaeontology and anthropology presentations
Day 2: Visit to the Cradle of Humankind and into Sterkfontein caves
Day 3: Clinical applications and Workshops: Geometric morphometrics and 3D educational models from 3D printing and others
Day 4: Various Geology; Archaeology; Engineering as well as the newest Cochlea research
